In the February 1996 issue of the Microsoft Systems Journal, I wrote an article titled "Write a Simple HTTP-based Server Using MFC and Windows Sockets". In brief, the article provides:

• An overview of HTML
• An overview of the HTTP protocol
• Demonstration of the MFC CSocket classes
• Tips on writing an application which runs on both Windows NT and Windows 95

This article is now appearing on the MSDN CD. Please rush right out and buy a copy of this today!
