Dave's Scrambled Parmisan Eggs Recipe

This is another of my favorite breakfasts. It's simple and quick to make.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmisan cheese
- 1 Tblsp butter
- Optional: Chopped green onions

Preparation
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- Grind fresh pepper into the eggs.
- Mix the Parmisan cheese into the eggs.
- Heat a small skillet and melt the butter into it.
- Be careful not to scorch the butter, and then pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Stir the egg mixture with a fork continuously until set, only a couple of minutes is required.
- Optional: Throw some chopped green onions in just before the eggs are set.
- Turn into a small plate.

This is great with buttered toast and jelly on the side.
